Cancellations & Changes

When booking Last-Minute Getaways for your clients, it's helpful to know:

  • We focus on last-minute weekend trips–departing Thursday-Saturday and returning Sunday-Tuesday–for travel within the next 14 days.
  • All of our offerings are package deals. Trips including air will always include one other travel component–we do not offer stand-alone air.
  • All Agent59 airline tickets are issued as e-tickets, and there are no vouchers. You will receive an email after booking a package that will include all e-ticket numbers and other information to confirm the booking.
  • We only list inventory made available to us by our partners, so, for example, you may see more flights listed in your GDS from our partner airlines than listed as part of our package. Only flights listed with our packages can be included. It is not possible to make any additions to our packages from outside our platform.
  • Packages cannot be held or reserved for your clients. Since our great deals are available only in the last-minute window and sell out fast, we cannot hold or reserve packages. Because availability changes all the time, we recommend that you buy a package as soon your client chooses it.
  • Agent59 protects your relationship with your clients in a variety of ways. For example, we don't expose your clients to our brand.
  • All Agent59 purchases are final. In order for us to provide continued value on last-minute travel through partner relationships, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges or make any changes to a package after it is purchased.
All prices are per person, double occupancy, and priced in USD. Package prices include all taxes & fees.
