All Agent59 purchases are final.
We work closely with our partners to provide continued value on last-minute getaways. These same relationships that allow us to bring you and your clients such exceptional savings do not allow us to provide any refunds or exchanges.
We cannot make changes to a package once it is purchased. We cannot change dates or times of travel, hotel choice or names of travelers after a package is purchased. If you need to cancel or change your client's package, you must contact the airline, hotel or rental car company directly to discuss these changes and any fees associated with these changes.
